ESI was contracted to replace the failed masonry wall. Since the metal ties holding the masonry veneer to the backup wall had failed, ESI removed the brick veneer, installed new galvanized lintels with appropriate flashing over each fenestration and at the base of the wall, installed new wall ties, applied a liquid air barrier to the backup wall, and installed new brick to match the existing masonry veneer.
