ESI was contracted to waterproof the Seawinds Condominiums in Quincy, MA. The scope of work included EIFS repairs and the application of a waterproof coating to all EIFS surfaces, replacing all window and expansion joint sealants, replacing all window wet seals, and applying a polyurethane deck coating to all balcony surfaces.
