Scope of work included:
-Remove and replace the spalled and deteriorated sections of concrete throughout the façade.
-Coat each spall area to blend in with the adjacent coated surfaces.
ESI concentrated on repairing concrete cracks, spalls, and otherwise deficient concrete. The intent of the work was to remove all of the spalled concrete that could have potentially fallen into pedestrian traffic. Shortly after the repair mortar sufficiently cured, ESI then coated each spall repair area with a breathable coating pigmented to match the adjacent, undisturbed surfaces.
