ESI completed restoration work to rehabilitate the pool surface at 111 Perkins Way. The pool was cleaned and prepared for coating by scrubbing the surface with trisodium phosphate and pressure washing at 4000 PSI to ensure proper adhesion of the repair materials.
Existing concrete spalls were repaired using Tnemec 215 Series patching material to restore structural integrity and surface uniformity. A two-coat application of Tnemec N-69 epoxy paint was then applied to provide a durable, protective, and visually renewed pool surface.
