ESI was contracted to waterproof Sri Lakshmi Temple! This scope of work included applying a waterproof coating to the temple. Remove and replace all spalled, delaminated, and cracked concrete surfaces and ornate figurines. We rebuilt window headers and sills, removed the existing coating on all surfaces and applied a waterproof, elastomeric coating, repaired the roof curbing at each skylight and ventilation penetration, and repaired sections of the roof membrane.
