Project Information:
ESI has been selected to undertake a comprehensive repair project that includes addressing all cracks and spalls in concrete masonry units (CMU) and repointing CMU mortar joints as needed. The scope of work also involves removing and replacing the existing windows and louvers with new units. Additionally, ESI will install a metal panel wall assembly, which encompasses sheathing, a weather-resistant barrier, metal panels, and the necessary flashings at the entrance canopy walls. Furthermore, the existing canopy roof assembly will be removed and replaced with a new roof system that includes a roof membrane, coverboard, insulation, vapor retarder, edge metal, and associated flashings, ensuring enhanced durability and performance.
