Project Information:
The scope of work involves several key repairs to the south-facing elevations exposed to the Charles River. First, caulking was installed at all relieving angle joints, and weeper tubes were placed every two feet along the length of these angles. Additionally, ¼” masonry veneer anchors were installed as needed throughout each wall. ESI was also tasked with removing and replacing all deteriorated sealant joints around the balcony perimeter on the tenth floor. Finally, the balcony slabs on both the ninth and tenth floors were prepped and the application of a waterproof polyurethane deck coating was applied to the surfaces.
